The Heath City Council approved the final plat for the 10-lot single-family subdivision (FP2025-04) on Nov. 12. Staff said the final plat met technical requirements and presented a tree-scape plan: 340 inches of trees to be removed with mitigation spread across lots, and the developers will address mitigation planting and park fees at the time of lot construction.
A traffic study was included in the council packet as requested during zoning review. Staff and Planning & Zoning recommended approval; a motion to adopt the final plat was moved, seconded and passed unanimously.
The developer will proceed with the permitting and construction process, and staff noted park fees and fee-in-lieu calculations that will be collected with final filings.
