David Bradley and borough Public Works staff guided the committee through the KIP process and the administration’s review of 121 nominations submitted during the July 18–Aug. 31 nomination window. Staff said 96 projects are recommended in the resolution, 15 were not recommended (for reasons such as not being borough property, lease constraints or not meeting the capital‑project definition), 10 nominations were merged into others, and 31 projects will automatically move forward because they are within the four‑year work window.
