APPLETON, Nov. 12, 2025 — The Appleton City Plan Commission on Wednesday approved a preliminary plat for the Glenmore Reserve, a proposed subdivision along East Apple Creek Road that staff said would cover about 69 acres and create 126 residential lots.
Don Harp, a staff member presenting the item, told the commission the plat "consists of approximately 69 acres" and "includes 126 residential lots." He said the development is drawn in two phases, with lots 1 through 56 in phase one and lots 57 through 126 in phase two, and that "the proposed residential lots satisfy the R1B zoning district standards." Staff recommended approval based on the conditions listed in its report.
