Miss Allen presented the quarterly governance time-use tracker to the Lancaster ISD Board of Trustees, reporting metrics for meeting time allocation and progress toward board goals.
"In regards to your student outcome and the adult behavior minutes, you have 64%. You'll also be very pleased to know that on behalf of student outcomes minutes, it is 58%," Allen told trustees, describing that some governance metrics are on target while others need continued focus.
The board president also reviewed an administrative item concerning the voting process for taxing units to nominate two candidates to the appraisal district board of directors in accordance with the Texas Property Tax Code; trustees were asked to review materials and be prepared to cast votes at the regular board meeting, with a submission deadline of Dec. 15.
The board received calendar reminders about upcoming joint meetings and professional conferences. The meeting adjourned at 6:44 p.m. following a voice vote.
