Lancaster ISD reports attendance gains; staff point to monitoring, early-bird programs and home visits

Board members praised the work and asked for follow-up detail on staff and dashboard operations; Jackson credited data specialist Betania Bell and said the dashboard updates each afternoon. Trustees did not vote on any attendance action at the work session.
