Commission releases bonds, approves 2026 dates and minutes

Staff recommended releasing two bonds for 1055 Bridgeport Ave (the Avante Apartments); commissioners voted 6–0 to approve the release after engineering and zoning staff confirmed completion of erosion-control and pavement work. The commission then approved its 2026 meeting calendar, maintaining regular meetings on the second Wednesday of each month and scheduling special meetings as needed; that motion also passed 6–0.
Finally, the commission approved minutes for Oct. 8 and Oct. 22 as submitted, with roll-call votes recorded as unanimous.
These administrative actions closed out the meeting before Chair Harger offered remarks and adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
