Warder also described Crow River’s change order No. 4 as a negative balancing change order for $24,413.80 to close out punch‑list items along the DOT ditch and tank area; the council approved that change order and then approved the final payout, releasing retainage and placing a one‑year warranty on the project.
Warder presented pay request No. 6 for Muth Electric for electrical work at the Northwest water treatment plant and the council approved $71,955 for conduit, wire pulling and other electrical work.
Each of these items passed by roll call with no opposing votes. Warder said the payouts complete the projects and shift them into warranty periods.
