Committee reviews loan fund status; legal pursuing past‑due GNA Tax Solutions account

Committee members asked specifically about GNA Tax Solutions, for which the schedule shows the most recent payment in April 2025. Staff said legal has the matter and final demand letters were sent to the two people on that loan in October; legal is pursuing payments but no court filings have been made as of the meeting.
The committee treated the loan‑fund status update as informational and did not vote on additional actions during the meeting. Staff indicated they will continue to coordinate with legal and update the committee if further action or court filings become necessary.
