Chair Leticia responded that notices had been distributed — she said notices went out 7 days, 5 days and 3 days before the meeting — and asked Greg to state the precise deficiency. The chair said she would review Greg’s emails and discuss the matter offline rather than allow an extended interruption during the meeting. “If there was radio silence on your email, that means I didn't receive it,” she said, and offered to follow up.
Other members urged civility. Kevin suggested a code of conduct to prevent repeated interruptions in future meetings; Jack supported adopting clearer ground rules so meetings can remain orderly. Greg insisted he had not received responses to his emailed comments and said he repeatedly followed up to ensure corrections to minutes would be considered.
