The Larson replat similarly adjusts property lines to convert narrow, unbuildable parcels into two buildable lots; Planning Commission recommended approval and the board voted to approve the vacation and replat.
Commissioners approved both applications by voice vote and asked staff to track easement holders and clarify utility easement placement to reduce future disputes.
