Staff to propose updating local building code to ICC 2024; training and ethics reminders for commissioners

Commissioners confirmed there will be a codes and zoning meeting in December to finalize cleanups, with the item returning to the Planning Commission in January and then to the county commission for readings and a vote. County attorney review will continue as staff finalizes edits.
