Jessica Weaver moved to cancel the Feb. 11 meeting and approve the budget meeting dates; the motion was seconded and carried by roll-call vote. The board discussed that the approved schedule is flexible and that special or ad hoc meetings can be added if needed.
The board noted that a special budget presentation is scheduled for Feb. 4 and that town council members will be invited to attend that meeting. Board members were reminded that, if a quorum problem arises, meetings will be rescheduled.
What happens next: The board will circulate finalized dates and hold the special Feb. 4 budget presentation; budget materials will be provided in hard copy for members as noted in later discussion.
