Fullerton board approves agenda and appoints Vanessa as board clerk

Board members explained the clerk’s role includes signing official documents and supporting continuity of board operations. The president noted the appointment will keep necessary administrative functions in place until the end of the term and thanked Vanessa for accepting the responsibility.
The board moved from the clerk appointment into the trustee appointment process and interviews that dominated the remainder of the evening.
