Parents ask Downingtown board to form committee to review East Ward elementary boundary split

We're not asking for any decision now," she said, and asked the board to consider supports for students with special needs who may face social disadvantages when entering middle school.
Board members did not make a decision on the record during the meeting. Both parents said they wanted a data-driven committee process to explore options and supports for affected students.
