The superintendent also recommended adoption of policies listed in Exhibit 7 on second reading; the board adopted the policies by roll-call vote.
The board approved several out-of-state overnight field trips presented in Exhibit 8, including a special needs class trip to Hermitage, Pa., attendance by AP classes at a college fair in Pittsburgh, a varsity softball trip to North Myrtle Beach in April 2026 (with outside funding for travel and lodging), and bowling team travel to Hermitage on Dec. 29, 2025.
Donations for November 2025 were reported and accepted; the treasurer read a list of donors and amounts (speech & debate, Interact Club, PTA items, senior class and CHS principal fund). The total cash donations reported for November were $7,605.06. Each of the above approvals was recorded by roll call with affirmative votes from members present.
The meeting had no items of old business and adjourned after a motion and vote.
