Month-to-date revenue was $74,612.61; total disbursements for the month were $20,463.38. Staff also reported the stormwater account earned $3,099.17 in bank interest for the month. No formal action was taken on the 2026 stormwater utility budget during the meeting; staff said the budget will return for final adoption in December after additional review and reconciliation with consultant figures.
