Tourism director Valerie Myers noted the city is preparing holiday activities: Christmas movies at the Rice Theater, Small Business Saturday (Nov. 29), Christmas at Crowley (Dec. 6) and a $50,000 technical support grant from Louisiana Main Street to fund marketing training for local businesses.
