Henry (Hank) Garrity received approval to reopen Paz Garrity Antiques at 610 Middlesex St. Marina Martinez’s request to extend alcohol service at Vasatos Donaflor (197 High St.) to 11 p.m. was approved. The commission also approved an extension for WTF We Thai Foods (255 Chelmsford St.) to serve alcohol until midnight.
The commission ratified a previously held one‑day special license for Elisa’s event 'Luminosity' at Western Ave Studios (11/12/2025). The commission approved a change of officers/ownership interest for All Star Lounge (160 Meramec St., Unit A) — manager David Cruz has purchased his partner’s interest — on the condition that the licensee submit a Department of Unemployment Assistance certificate so staff can forward documentation to the ABCC for final approval.
The board set public hearings for new all‑alcohol restaurant license applications and a transfer: Sea Dog Brewing Company (203 Cabot St.), Saigon Sandwich House (507 Dutton St.), Lowell Asian Restaurant (369 Broadway St.) and Oshare Sushi (350 Market St.) with legal notice and hearings scheduled for Dec. 11, 2025 at 6 p.m.
Votes on these routine matters were unanimous or by voice vote; applicants were advised to follow up with any requested paperwork.
