Miss Durham said one applicant formally rescinded an R7 Planned Unit Development request and replaced it with an R10 PUD, which staff and the commission had previously discussed as consistent with the comprehensive plan. She also noted a small parcel on Highway 41 North within the urban growth boundary but outside city limits will require the board to make a recommendation to the county. Durations and specific application details were not provided during the report. She also said work has begun on the Capitol Theater and staff expect more commercial submittals in coming months.
The chair announced the November BZA meeting will be rescheduled following this meeting.
