Board of Adjustment defers Molla Avenue variance to Dec. 10

Robert Healy, attorney for the property owner, asked the Board of Adjustment to defer Case No. 25070003423 (Molla Avenue) to the board’s Dec. 10 hearing because the property owner’s primary counsel, Andrew Shine, was in the middle of a job transition and could not appear. Healy said another listed speaker was ill and that the case had previously been before the board on Aug. 13.
Board member Pat Radford moved to defer the item; Bob Wolf seconded. The board took a voice vote after roll call and the motion to defer passed. The board closed the item and moved to the next case.
