Speaker 1 said the tentative millage and decisions about non-ad valorem assessments will be considered at that July meeting and that the council will hold budget workshops over the summer to complete work ahead of the September deadline. The mayor noted that individual meetings will be scheduled as needed and staff will continue to work through budget choices.
