Commissioners questioned class size, parking arrangements, ingress/egress and whether tenants had adequate notice; the applicant and other tenants reported no parking conflicts during the soft opening.
Commissioners noted shared easements between adjoining properties, confirmed available parking on multiple sides of the property, and discussed typical class turnover that reduces overlap. After discussion, a motion to approve the application was made and seconded; commissioners recorded 'yes' votes and welcomed the new business to the village.
Commissioners additionally encouraged the applicant to coordinate with other tenants and the building owner on signage and parking and to proceed with any required permits.
