The actions include a change of officers and a managerial update at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott (Interstate Management Company), corporate officer and stock transfers at Fannie’s Place (doing business as Chelsea Walk Pub), a transfer of an on‑premise alcohol license to King Tacos Restaurant Corp, and a change in manager at Emiliana Fiesta LLC.
At TownePlace Suites, general manager Stefano Anamises informed the commission of an internal change in corporate officers and confirmed the hotel’s intention to offer limited grab‑and‑go service to registered guests only; police confirmed CORI and call logs were clear and emphasized continued camera compliance. Commissioners approved the officer and manager changes by voice vote.
Fannie’s Place was represented by attorney Nancy O’Neil, who described a planned transfer of ownership interest from Angela Palmieri to Louise Freeman and the appointment of Cheryl Freeman as director. The applicant confirmed that Alfred Delacroce will remain manager. Police checks were clear and the commission approved the corporate and stock transfers.
A transfer application for the on‑premise license from Taqueria Eucalypto Corporation (Las Vegas restaurant) to King Tacos Restaurant Corp was presented by attorney Stan Vitale; longtime employee Maria Rivas will become the owner‑operator. Commissioners discussed past incidents at the location, occupancy permit and building inspections; the transfer was approved pending ABCC processing and confirmation of occupancy documentation.
Emiliana Fiesta LLC requested a manager change to list Mister Chino; the commission reviewed a prior discipline matter related to surveillance equipment, confirmed that camera issues had been corrected and approved the manager change.
In each case police recommended ongoing compliance with camera‑recording, signage, TIPs training and prompt cooperation with administrative requests for footage.
