"We do a ton in Gloucester," McNally said, explaining the oversight that kept him from filing the Foster application earlier; he asked the council to approve licensing now that state and public utilities requirements are in place.
Council members asked about local impacts; no members of the public registered an objection. A councilor moved to approve the application for Legendary Transports at 64 Plainfield Pike; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.
