The Chandler City Council unanimously approved the consent agenda for its Nov. 13, 2025, meeting, adopting items 1 through 30 without recorded exception. Council member Martinez made the motion to approve "the consent agenda of the 11/13/2025 regular meeting, items 1 through 30," and Council member Poston seconded. The clerk announced, "Motion carries unanimously."
Mayor Kevin Hartke noted there was one speaker card related to the consent agenda and said he and the speaker had discussed pursuing other options ahead of the vote. No individual item was pulled for separate discussion during the meeting.
The approval clears routine administrative and contractual items placed on the council's consent calendar. The council did not provide additional instructions or solicit further public testimony on any consent item at the meeting. The council proceeded to the scheduled public hearings and unscheduled public appearances following the vote.
