According to figures presented to the committee, July 2025 tonnage was 74,460 tons versus 78,426 tons in July 2024; August 2025 tonnage was 64,305 tons versus 70,364 tons in August 2024; and September 2025 tonnage was 69,774 tons versus 70,321 tons in September 2024.
