Saint Helena proclaims Domestic Violence Awareness Month, recognizes Kiwanis service anniversary

He said the club focuses on hands-on service and community-building activities.
Both proclamations were presented without council objection. The mayor encouraged residents to support the organizations and participate in upcoming events commemorating those observances.
