Board pulls policy 8.15.1 from consent agenda for further review

At the Oct. 27 meeting the board amended the agenda to remove policy 8.15.1 from the consent agenda so the item could receive additional attention. Director Dietrich said the policy needed further work following the policy committee meeting last week. The amended agenda was approved by the board and the policy remained tabled for additional committee review.
The policy review committee report later confirmed that policy 8.15.1 and certain section 900 community policies were tabled for further review; the committee plans to revisit these items at a future meeting.
