Early-notification incentive for resignation/retirement (Item 9) Motion (as amended): Approve an early-notification monetary incentive for administrative, certified and classified employees who submit written notification of intent to resign or retire by 01/09/2026. The program will offer up to $1,000 per participating employee with the total fiscal impact capped at $40,000 within the current budget cycle. Superintendent evaluation tool and timeline (Item 13) The board approved the superintendent evaluation form and timeline. Key dates: superintendent self-evaluation due to the district contact by Nov. 12; trustees to submit their evaluations to staff by Dec. 1; board discussion scheduled for Dec. 9.

Cancellation of Dec. board meeting (Item 14) The board voted to cancel the Dec. 23, 2025 school board meeting.

Consent agenda (Item 15) The board approved the consent agenda (routine items) by voice vote.
