Lincoln County commissioners approve bond certificate authorization, pickup purchase, courthouse closure and cemetery permit

The board also approved Resolution 2025-30, granting a conditional-use permit to Patrick and Justine Irish to construct a family cemetery on property at 138 East Watts Road, with a condition requiring an easement to maintain perpetual road access.
