Council approves three victualing/holiday sales licenses for Wakefield and South County Commons businesses

- Café 99 (Titan Venture Group LLC, applicant identified in the meeting as representing a multi-cultural coffee/cafe concept at the URI Emporium) said it will operate late-night hours for students and community members (applicant cited hours up to 2 a.m. on some nights) and was encouraged to coordinate safe-ride information with URI Parking Services.
Each license received a motion, a second and passage by voice vote. The council offered customary well wishes to the new/continuing proprietors.
