“Currently we are being sponsored by the city with $5,000, and our hope is to look to, you all to see if we might be able to find a way to increase that contribution to $12,000,” said Zoe, a Cultural Council member and presenter at the meeting. She said the council has split the four annual concerts across north and south locations and has used Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) and QCF grant funding and food‑truck incentives to boost attendance.
