The Klamath County Board of Commissioners voted to accept a vendor quote from RICO and authorized the Juvenile Department director to sign the purchase agreement for a new all‑in‑one copier. County staff said the purchase is funded by a grant from the Oregon Youth Authority to furnish the newly opening Klamath Crimson Rose group home and associated offices.
Staff outlined that IT reviewed multiple quotes and recommended RICO. The board approved the motion on Oct. 28. The fiscal impact reported to the board was $4,989.76 for the machine; the Juvenile Department will pay RICO for all future maintenance and service charges.
