Several items that revise parking, right-on-red allowances and related traffic language (ordinances O92502–O92505 and related sections) were not adopted on the floor; instead the council voted to refer them back to the ordinance committee for clarification and to remove hour-based restrictions where the traffic engineer recommended a simple prohibition.

Where the clerk recorded roll-call results on the record, votes were recorded as affirmative by the members present and the motions carried. The council did not adopt new parking or right-on-red prohibitions on the floor; instead the committee will return revised language for future consideration.
