KIRKWOOD, Mo. — At its Oct. 27 meeting the Kirkwood R-VII School District reported small changes in enrollment patterns and emphasized continuing long-term declines in nonresident VICC participation.
Dr. Bailey said total district enrollment was down about 96 students from the prior school year. Resident students account for roughly 99.6% of total enrollment, and the district’s nonresident VICC enrollment has fallen to 22, down from a historical peak near 480.
