The consent agenda was then presented and included approval of bills, 13 new hires requiring board action, an updated mileage reimbursement rate of 70¢ per mile and a personal vehicle rate of 31.5¢ per mile, and two open‑enrollment requests (OE 2025‑13 and OE 2025‑14). A motion to approve the consent agenda was moved and seconded and passed by voice vote.
The meeting concluded after routine items; a motion and second to adjourn carried by voice vote.
