A council motion to approve the engineer’s recommendation was seconded, and the vote was recorded as aye; the motion passed unanimously.
City attorney and staff described the standard process: conditional acceptance after completion, a one-year period for certain guarantees, and formal release of escrow when the engineer certifies completion.
