- Adopted a hunting‑on‑county‑property notification policy “as written for the time being” to require notification (DPW director retains permission authority; dispatch, jail and the nursing home to be notified); the motion passed with two yeas and one nay. Commissioners agreed to revisit the policy to determine precise notification recipients and exact distance from occupied structures in consultation with jail officials.
No ordinances or bond measures were adopted at this meeting. Several matters were deferred for staff follow‑up, including further work on the solar array feasibility and follow‑up with the Secretary of State regarding Hales Location election administration and motor‑vehicle revenue.
