Several contracts for facilities services were announced, including janitorial services for city locations and HVAC maintenance at the cruise terminal. One purchase order listed $114,317.70 for Adobe Acrobat Pro and Creative Cloud subscriptions; another listed $56,728 for two mowers.
Most of the items were introduced and will appear on a later agenda for approval; two items were noted as held over pending additional review and memoranda: several zoning and conditional-use items and one item tied to a memorandum of understanding with the Alabama Home Builders Foundation.
