- Resolution 10-23-2025 e: Authorization to use a design-build process for the city hall renovation project in an amount not to exceed $450,000. Approved 8–1 (one councilmember opposed).
- Resolution 10-23-2025 f: Purchase of ballistic rifle shields for the police department, up to $55,000. Approved 9–0. City expected to receive $50,000 back under a Blue Shield designation, reducing net cost.
