Committee confronts inconsistent reservation data; agrees to technical review to correct occupancy reporting

Ted offered to work with Patty and staff to reconcile the export format and correct the formula used to compute nights per month.
Curtis said the ticketing/reservation system (Dockwa) supplies raw reservation data and that staff currently post‑process the results; he asked the committee for patience while staff and volunteers generate a named report template and correct the calculations. Committee members emphasized the importance of accurate occupancy numbers for revenue forecasting and operational planning and asked that a clear explanation of the calculation method be included on future reports.
The committee agreed to an offline technical review with staff and volunteers to develop a stable reporting format and to return corrected figures at the next meeting.
