The Marion County Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of a rezoning request to convert roughly 24.1 acres of an On Top of the World/Circle Square Woods parcel to regional business (B4) and multifamily residential (R3). The proposal was presented by agent Fred Roberts on behalf of On Top of the World Communities LLC and will go to the Board of County Commissioners for final action on Nov. 18 at 2:00 p.m.
