The Evansville City Loan Administration Board approved two procedural items at the start of its Oct. 24 meeting: the minutes from the Sept. 26, 2025 meeting and the executive-session memo from the Sept. 26 meeting. Both items were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
Later in the meeting the board approved a loan for Kirillos (terms confirmed as 10 years at 3.25%), moved the start date for a Barks and Recreation loan to Jan. 1, 2026, and deferred action on Gala Cakes / Mix and Mission until the February meeting, requesting financial projections and governance documentation.
