Board Member Chung moved to approve the agenda as amended; Lauren Ramirez seconded. The chair called the question and the vote was recorded as "aye" with no opposition, and the amended agenda was adopted.
The board convened as a four‑member body after the recent resignation of a member who accepted a federal appointment. The workshop proceeded under the modified order after the motion passed.
