The City of Lowell Board of Appeals took routine administrative actions at the end of its Oct. 22 meeting. Board member McCarthy moved to add the Oct. 16 meeting minutes to the agenda and the motion passed. McCarthy then moved to approve the Oct. 16 minutes; the motion was seconded by the vice chairman and the minutes were approved by a unanimous voice vote.
Before adjourning, McCarthy urged the board and public to vote in the Nov. 4 election. The board then moved to adjourn (motion by McCarthy, second by Mr. Prokop) and voted unanimously to end the meeting.
