Committees recommend two Class B intoxicating liquor licenses for downtown restaurants

Because these recommendations position the city at its state‑imposed quota for Class B intoxicating licenses, staff told the committee that any additional full‑service restaurant seeking hard liquor service in the future would be limited to beer and wine unless the quota changed. The recommendations will move to the full council for final action.
