Shef Albrecht moved "that we establish a committee bill to make the changes to the state resource management plan." The motion carried by voice vote after no further discussion was requested. The motion authorizes the commission to open a committee bill file and direct staff and PLPCO to prepare legislative language and follow up with members as needed.
