Board members asked for last year's action plans and vendor lists to review prior spending and to ensure funds are used for meaningful parent engagement. Staff said schools have previous action plans to use as templates and that the district will provide assistance where needed; staff also committed to supply last year's plans and vendor lists on request.
Staff said the allocation amount is tied to the district's Title I grant allocation and noted that if Title I funding changes, PACT allocations will adjust accordingly. Staff signaled flexibility for extenuating circumstances and encouraged schools to request support if they cannot meet the deadline.
