Deputy City Manager Stephanie Lukasz introduced Scott Passi to the council as the citys new city clerk. Lukasz said Passi is joining Kenmore with about 20 years of clerk experience, including prior service as city clerk in Edmonds and Shoreline, and that he is a master certified clerk.
Passi said he and his wife previously managed the Kenmore Inn Motel prior to Kenmores incorporation and that he is pleased to return to the community after serving in other municipal clerk roles.
The introduction was informational and no formal appointment vote was recorded during the meeting.
