Moniker State Site Condominiums Phase 4 SAD The board held a public hearing on the proposed special assessment district (SAD) for street lighting in the Moniker State Site Condominiums Phase 4 development and, after no public comment, adopted the resolution establishing the SAD. Staff explained the SAD is required to pass along DTE street-light charges for new developments. The resolution passed by roll-call vote with all present trustees voting yes.
